• Managing, operating, investing, renting, leasing of  hotels, clubs, motels, guest houses, nurseries, leisure parks and gardens, exhibitions, restaurants and cafeterias. As well as residential and tourist resorts, health, sports, recreational projects and shops.
• Management of Others Properties.
•  Prepare economic feasibility studies and consultancy in the field of real estate of all kinds.
•  The company does all maintenance work on its buildings and real estates owned, including implementation of civil works, mechanical and electrical work, elevators, and air-conditioning maintenance.
• Organizing exhibitions for the company real estate projects and establishing the company's real estate auctions.
• Usage of the financial availability in the company through investment in real estate and financial portfolio.

Direct contribution and involvement in building of infrastructure projects of residential, commercial, and industrial areas, construction is a system operation and management of real estate facilities with BOT.
